TiberCAD
  • TiberCAD is a multiscale tool for the simulation of modern electronic and optoelectronic devices.

    Applications of TiberCAD range from nanoelectronic to laser technologies including molecular electronics and bio devices.

    The tool is under intense development and the alpha release will be made accessible by the end of 2007.

    TiberCAD has been developed by the Nano & Optoelectronics group of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".
